Grayling Cottage - Ambleside

I had a fab stay, with location in the middle of the city. The bed was lovely, a fridge, a dishwasher, and an electric kettle were useful. Everything was great and I got ironing for free.

This cottage is in a great location, close to local attractions but still quiet. The kitchen is well-equipped and the living room is comfortable. The bed is cozy with a skylight cover for blocking out early morning light. The bathroom is amazing with a big shower and there is effective cooling throughout the cottage. The owners are responsive and the cottage is spotlessly clean.

No washing machine available.

Stayed here with my dog and overall enjoyed this apartment. The host helped me a lot. It was located in the centre of Ambleside close to Old Courthouse Gallery. Entire experience staying there was very comfortable, I recommend this place...

Lovely kitchen, relaxing living room, comfortable bed with skylight cover, amazing bathroom with big shower, effective fan, artful decoration.

The beds were really comfy, and the location was fantastic, within a short walk to all the local shops, pubs, and restaurants.

The hotel was fine with high ceilings and beautiful decor. It was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. We felt right at home with all the provided amenities. The location couldn't be better, right in the center of shops, pubs, and restaurants in Ambleside. Plus, the parking permits made finding parking hassle-free. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for a wonderful Lake District experience!

The free WiFi at Grayling Cottage was a lifesaver for uploading my posh holiday photos to Instagram. Also, the terrace was the perfect spot for sipping my afternoon tea with a view. Towels were a nice touch, saved me from having to bring my own.

Oh, and let's not forget the joy of navigating the one-way system and confusing sat nav just to find the place. So much fun.

I always choose this place for my stay. The staff helped me find a car service on my first visit. It suits me perfectly with Free Wi-Fi, Free parking, Electric kettle, Cookware/ Kitchen utensils, Flat-screen TV, Pets allowed. I keep coming back for business trips.

The apartment was equipped with a kitchen with modern appliances, perfect for whipping up a quick meal or snack. Cooking felt like I was on a MasterChef set!

We had an amazing time at Grayling Cottage. the decor was outstanding, and the cleanliness was superb. It truly was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. Our Bull Terrier, Sid, was made to feel really special with his own bowl, mat, and a lovely. the cottage had great furniture and appliances, a roomy bedroom with plenty of storage space, and thick, large bath towels. Its location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to all the local attractions while still being in a quiet area. we highly recommend Grayling Cottage for a special and enjoyable stay. Cons: Hard to think of anything 😊.

Lovely stay for our trip! The location was really convenient, close to all the local shops. Eating at Zeffirelli's, which was nearby, ended up being the best choice. 🌟
